Fresh Guacamole is my favorite side dish for Summer (and every other seasons really). My loaf of bread just came out of the oven, perfect timing to make this quick and easy recipe.
- 2 avocados
- 1 ripe tomato
- ground cumin
- ground pepper
- some salt
First, remove the meat of the avocados in a bowl and smash it until it get smoother, add a tea spoon of cumin, a tea spoon of pepper (it is better to start with less spices and add up to taste gradually, if you put too much in one go,
it may ruin the recipe) and the salt (I prefer using Himalayan salt, but it depends to your taste). Dice up the tomate and add it to the mix, then with a spoon, make sure the chunks of tomato are evenly coated (not that I did such a great job at doing so in the pic 🙂 ).
Serve with chips or bread, you can also add this to dishes such as salad, sandwich, barbecue plate in replacement of sauces such as ketchup.
