Wanderlust: An escapade to London and Bournemouth + a Haul

England has a special place in my heart, a very singular charm that always makes me want to come back. Because I have lived there for 4 years, got my master degree from my dream university there, England is also the place I’ve met my best of friends.

Shopping wise, England is the place where everything is available. so of course, I had a little browse :).

First I have picked up two of the new Kate Moss x Rimmel nude collection lipstick in 42, which a medium brown-peachy nude as well as the shade 45, which is more of a pinky shade – a slightly darker nude. these lipsticks are so confortable and easy to wear. I had to go to several boots before being able to pick them up though, they were sold out everywhere at the time.

I also picked up the Maybelline color tatto in Creamy Beige, I had the ever so famour On and On Bronze shade a while ago so I knew the formula of these are on point. I was very glad to find out that they release a more nudy shade some people compare to Mac Groundwork Paintpot – I never tried it so I cannot compare it-. I love to wear this one on lazy make-up days the shade is lovely and easy-going !

Natural Collection is a brand to try in Boots, so cheap yet of decent quality. I picked up the eye shadow in the shade Whisper which is a very nice wearable shade – don’t you see a trend there, you will probably never read about bright yellow eyeshadows here, I am all for no make-up make-up that’s how I roll ! –

And finally, something I clearly did not need aha, this make-up bag from Zoella Beauty is something I had in my radar for a while – though I do not particularily like the bright pink background, I own a guinea pig who is so similar to one on that make-up bag that I had to have it. I also wanted to try out Zoella’s new collection Kissy Missy lip balm and I had to admit that I am impressed by it. The formula is surprisingly moisturizing, and the pigment in it is not too intense which I was a bit spectical about that the color of the balm in the pot is a very blue toned pink.

I had a great time in England surrounding with Friends and Family, between London and Bournemouth, and I hope to come back there soon !!
Love
