for today’s post I was feeling like talking about my healthy tips for my uni lunchbox
I use couscous to provide some energy to go through the day. Couscous literally takes no time to prepare : just boil some water, and mix it with the couscous and a tiny bits of oil.
then add, salad, beetroots, half of an avocado. cucumber, tomatoes and a source of proteins such as one chicken breast or beef burger.
what i do is that I do a rather big lunchbox that I spread through the day thanks to little break to avoid unhealthy snacking !
