Avocado has a large variety of vitamins and minerals essential for the good functioning of the body. The avocado is also known for being full of good fat essential for the good blood flow. It is full of antioxidant excellent to prevent multiple cancers as well as some other heart disease. On top of that, it is good of fibers!
